Access to the US National Energy Plan

This page allows you to access the entire National Energy Policy, produced by the "Cheney Committee." Bear in mind that it is 175 pages long, so that it will take quite a while to download it if you choose to download the entire Plan.

You have two options: First, you can go to the White House site and access it either in toto or chapter-by-chapter. If you wish to do that, click here. Secondly, you can download the entire Plan from the CSU/EVS 206 site and read it on your own computer. If you wish to do that, click here.

In either case, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Most computers have this reader installed. If you do not, click here.
